Rachel is an Emmy® Award-winning TV writer and producer, a bestselling author, and an expert in the art of storytelling.​
With a talent for creating engaging and entertaining content across a diverse range of subject matter, Rachel has written true crime documentaries for A&E Network and CNBC, produced historical documentaries for History Channel and PBS, and crafted short form digital and social media content for nonprofit organizations like Ronald McDonald House Charities.​

Rachel has helped craft messaging and social media content for Fortune 500 companies like McDonald’s Corporation and Abbott Laboratories.
In 2018 and in 2020, she wote and produced print and digital content for McDonald’s Worldwide Convention, enhancing attendee engagement for the company's largest gathering of franchisees, employees, and suppliers from national and international markets.
From 2013 to 2015, Rachel wrote and produced the TV show, Oprah: Where Are They Now? for the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), where she delivered thought-provoking content to a large fanbase week after week.​

​​As a staff producer on the video team at Obama for America, Rachel led story development and produced a weekly web series for Barack Obama's 2012 presidential campaign, increasing viewership and voter engagement.

Rachel is the author of eight children's books. In August 2016, her debut picture book, When Penny Met POTUS, was the #1 Bestseller on Amazon's List of Hot New Releases in Children's Books. The same book was named a 2018 Illinois Reads Program Pick for Grades K through 2.
